The steel fencing  use pre-galvanzied steel tubing , punched the rail and pickets (some of the pickets are loop top),then punched the rail & ecoating the rail, assemble the fence section , used stainless weld material to weld together ,then the whole section used powder coating .This steel fencing has UV-PROTECTION ,at least 10 years no rust .

The pvc fencing can assemble easily and the chemical has uv protection.
