1. Ruiguang feed pellet machine
Poultry feed pellet Machine is mainly used for making crude fiber materials into pellets. The materials can be sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds and crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.

3. feed Pellet Machine Note:
a. Regarding to the spare parts, normally they would be changed per 5 months or so.
b. Final products from the granular machines: the final size could be: 6, 8, 10, 12mm, etc. The length is 8 – 18 mm.
c. Density: 1.0-1.3t/m3.
d. The minimal quantity per order: 1 set.
e. Payment: T/T. 40% as the deposit, the balance is paid after faxing the copy of B/L. or L/C
f. Delivery time: Within 25-30 days after receipt of the deposit.
g. Warranty time: in 18months except for spare parts.
Warranty: The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of 18 months from the date of exporting date. If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis. We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
Payment: 30% payment should be prepaid by telegraph transfer, the balanced 70% should be paid from your company within 5(five) days after got the copy of B/LDelivery: After we got your prepayment, we can arrange the production, it need take 6(six) working days (it is not included the weekend and any of the Chinese traditional holiday), Second, it will need 4(four) days for the inland transportation to china Port. The third, it will need 2(two) days for complete the china customs clearance.
