ENOLZYMETM Xylanase can degrade the xylan in cell wall, xylo-oligosaccharide by destroying the hydrogen bone and covalent bond between xylan molecular to release the nutrient from the cells, consequently xylanase reaches the capability of increasing the utilization rate of nutrients, and reducing the chime viscosity in digestive tract to keep its microorganism balance.

DIFINATION OF ENOLZYMETM XYLANASE ACTIVITY:

One ENOLZYMETM Xylanase unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose per minute from 5mg/mL substrate solution(Oat Xylan), at 37°C and at pH 5.5 under the conditions of the test.

 FUNCTION:

Degrade the linear polysaccharide β-1,4-xylan into xylose, and promote the absorption of nutrients by lowering the NSP(Non-Starch Polysaccharides) in the feed.Reduce the viscosity of chyme, balance the micropopulation and ameliorate the micro-ecosystem in gastrointestinal tract.
