Ingredients:
Dextrose Vitamin A Supplement,D-activated Animal Sterol(sourse of Vitamin D3),
DL-α-tocopheryl Acetate, Riboflavin Supplement, Folic Acid(125mg/lb.) added, Menadione Sodium Bisulfate Complex(2,000mg/lb.(4,409mg/kg))adde,Thiamine Mononitrate(250mg/lb.(551mg/kg))added, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride.
Directions:
For dringking-water use: Mix 1pouch in 128 gallon s(486Liters) or 1 ounce(28.4grams) in 16gallons(6liters) of drinking water of poultry and give for 3~5days. This dosage may be repeated whenever needed.
For use in automatic proportioners: To make a stock solution, mix the content of 1pouch in 1 US gallon(3.8liters) of water. Set the proportioner to deliver 1 fluid ounce(30ml) per gallon(3.8liters) of drinking water. Prepare fresh stock solutions daily.
For feed use: 1 pouch in 500 pounds(227kg) of complete feed. Give for 3~5days. This dosage may be repeated whenever needed.
Not for human use.
Storage condition: keep tightly in cool and dry place, away from light.
Shelf-life: One year.
