Description: The LED-TA100 intelligent LED bulb aging machine is mainly used for automatic aging and testing the LED bulb. It consist of three units, a computer operating panel, Mitsubishi PLC, electric parameters tester.
1.The aging machines consist of three units, left,middle and right. Both unit 1# and 2# are the loading cabinets of bulb. Each unit has six-layer draw-out templates which can loading 1188 bulbs totally(11*9*6*2).Unit 3# is a computer cabinet. The size of the aging machine:3(L)*0.96(W)*1.95(H).
2.The capacity of the power is 30KVA which is supplied by the three phase isolation transformer. With three aging voltages: 100V,120V,230V, which can be adjusted for your requirement.
Electrical Safety: With three-phase five-wire system, each layer plate,door and cabinet is electrically bonded and grounded.The wire rods use heat-resistance and anti-aging wires and unexposed charged body. The aging machine possesses overcurrent protection function and the function of abnormal power blackout procedure automatic recovery.
3. 99 easy plug sockets on each layer plate.
4.Constant temperature control: Controlled by PLC. Detects the temperature in the cabinet by a temperature sensor. Maintains the temperature in the cabinet at a level not more than 2.5°C deviate from the setting one(30~45) through change the quantity of fan.
5.With a humanized human-computer interface. Different datas for 500 different tubes can be set and saved on the computer, include the aging voltage, aging time, impacting time,impacting times, the standard electrical parameter and so on.
Adjustable range of aging time: 1H~99H Adjustable range of impact times: 1~10000 The datas can be recalled convenient and display on the screen as a graph.After the procedure finished, the green indicator lamp glows, and the bulbs on aging are lighting on.
6.Automatic Control:Automatically choose the aging voltage and aging time by PLC according to the process parameters which is down loaded from computer, and doing switching-impulse to bulbs if needed during the aging procedure. The impact time/time interval/ impact times can be setting by process parameters.
7.Detecting and estimating of electrical parameter. Detacting the load current of each bulbs by the equiped tester AW2101 of electrical parameter separately.The value of current/voltage/power will be showed, also be compared and estimated with the standard value preset, the measurement accuracy is 0.2%.
Figure out the position and number of unqualified bulbs, then display them on the simulated diagram and automatically generate statements.
8.With the buttons of START/STOP/PAUSE on the operating panel, also the indicator lamps of RUNNING/IMPACTING/Fault Alarm, the indicators of Aging Voltage/ Working Current/Temperature in the cabinet. Started with one key, the human-computer interface display a simulated diagram of operative mode when working.
9.Statement report. Automatically generate statements for each shift/day/month/year. The histories can be reviewed.
