*Ultrasonic power of low frequency of the device is transmitted to tissue via vibration of the hollow titanium tip of the hand piece,which creats cavitation,micro-jet and mechanical vibration in water jet,puffed from the hollow tip of the titanium staff of hand piece.The necrotic matter,infected cells,fibrin slough,and biofilms while leaving intact healthy tissue structures are removed by ultrasonic power.Because the tensile stength of necrotic tissue has considerably less, it is easily removed by ultrasonic power of low frequency of the device.
