Wastes Gasification Power Generation System

1. Principle

Gasification is the heating of organic waste (MSW) to produce a burnable gas (syngas) which is composed of a mix of primarily H2 and CO along with smaller amounts of CH4, N2, H2O and CO2. The syngas produced can then be used off-site or on-site in a second thermal combustion stage to generate heat and/or electricity. Gasifiers are primarily designed to produce usable syngas.

2. Process

The system consists of receiving, gasification, secondary combustion, waste heat boiler, power generation, flue gas treatment and auxiliary units.

3.Potential advantage vs. incineration

 1) Syngas generated by gasification is easier to handle, meter and control than MSW;

 2) Reduce the generation of some pollutants (dioxins, furans and NOx);

 3) Syngas can be used to generate high-quality fuels or chemicals;

 4) Increase energy conversion efficiency and reduce costs.

4. About us

SANWA is a Japanese corporation with factories in China to ensure good quality with competitive price. SANWA supply EPC service of the system which includes the supply of all mechanical,electrical and control equipment,erection and commissioning as well as personnel training.

SANWA has built several waste gasification and power generation plants in Japan and one in China is under construction.
