With anti-corrosion coating painted on the original ACSR surface,the corrosion resistance of the anti-corrosion ACSR improved.
Application
The product is used in areas with bad weather conditions. It can be used in corrosive aeras like coastal areas industrial zones. This ACSR is filled with anti-corrosion grease applied on the gaps between stranded wires and their external surfaces.

Bare conductors with grease
Values of k are given in the following table for four cases of grease application, a grease density of 0.87 g/cm3, and a minimum fill factor of 0.70:
Case 1: Steel core only greased.
Case 2: All the conductor is greased except the outer layer.
Case 3: All the conductor is greased including the outer layer.
Case 4: All the conductor is greased except the outer surface of the wires in the outer layer.
