CCA Wire, Copper clad aluminum is a composite wire consisting of an aluminum core clad with copper.Even though the material is 65 - 75% aluminum, the wire has high frequency electrical properties equal to solid copper. The advanced coated welding manufacturing technology integrate the cooper cover and the aluminum pole to a whole and then pull out and annealing processing could be uesd like a single metal.
The "hasten skin effect" make the copper cald aluminium wire has the same electric properties at a high frequency signal (more than 5 MHz).
