Introduction of products:

Copper clad steel wire is manufacturer by advanced technology of longitudinal welding coated production. The process is to weld longitudinally the copper strip on the coated steel in shape,then draw this bi-metal, in this way, the bi-metallic surface achieves metallurgical bonding. this bi-metal has excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of copper as well as high strength performance of steel.when certain high-freuency signal transmits,the high permeabitlity of steel brings the reflection effect of the electromagnetic waves on the steel copper interface,and the impedance and return loss are less than the solid copper with the same cross-sectional area.

Good physical properties

High mechanical strength and excellent anti-fatigue performance:

Copper clad steel wire can be set in strength (up to 1300 MPa) by users, applied in the harsh conditions,long distance, moving frequency sites. It has many characterstics such as high-reliablty, anti-fatigue strength and longevity.

Small linear expansion coefficient: for the electrification railway,the load carrier cord of copper clad steel matching to the tram line copper alloy.

Small attenuation: as the inside conductor of RF coaxial cable, the high-frequency attenuation of copper clad steel wire is less than the copper coaxial cable with the same diameter.(Frequency greater than 5MHZ pm)

Good resiatance in the temperature: because the steel's resistance in the temerature is much greater than the copper's, it's applied to the manufacturer of high temperature.
