Polyamide resin model PS-1 is an material to formulate the benzene-soluble ink particular for gravure printing on
polyelene,polyproyiene and polyester films.
The resin condensed from dinmcris fatty acid(or ester)and ethylene diamine with its typical molecular weight being 3000~9000.

(2).Property
The low molecular weight polyamide resin is of good flexibility because of the longer fatty hydrocarbon carbon bond in the
molecules.
The resin is highly soluble in benzene and some mixed solvents.
(3).Application
Polyamide resin model PS-1,together with solcent,pigment and filler can be formulated into a varicties of printing ink with
bright colour,wonderful brilliance,fastness,water resistance,folding endurance and chemical stability ,with can achieve ideal
printing effect on polyethylene ,polypropylene,polyester films and aluminium foil.
Printing fastuess:After beingpyroelectricaily treated print on poyethylene film using th ink formlated from the polyamide
resin model PS-1 of our plant can stand stripping of the transparent adhesive tape.
