MAIN FEATURES OF THIS CNC GRINDER:
1.Implemented with Japans FANUC all digital servo system with color display, user-friendly interface, manual pulse generator and self-diagnostics, the control system is stable, reliable, easy to maintain and adjust.
2.Equipped with American SBS fluid balance system.
3.Wheelhead slide is driven by servo motor + ball screw and supported by "V"type needle roller guidway which ensures high precision motion, accurate positioning and good rigidity.
4.Marposs gauge is used in process to monitor the workpiece processing condition.
5.Dresser is automatically dressed by a single-point diamond pen to dress the wheel generating line into a straight line or logarithmic curve.
6.Hydro-hybrid wheel spindle.
