Outstanding stability & rigidity based on four guideways design for large scale machine tool bed, Main parts are made by Meehanite casting iron with excellent heat treatment, the material are in stable statues no distortion. Hard guideways are treated by ultrasonic high frequence quenching and precise lapping. Upper surface of guildways are covered by antiwear material for long-term stable accuracy.
