The equipment consists of a small real model of the system and electronic control unit. The small model of system includes a transparent plexiglass tank, pressure transmitter, diaphragm pressure gauges,, water level switch, check valve, hand valves, pumps, PVC pipes and other advanced aluminum frame etc.; electronic control unit includes power supply module, frequency modules, PLC module, A / D module, LED / BCD module, , relay module, I / O modules and advanced aluminum frame. The software includes PLC programming software and configuration control software etc.
Using the equipment allows students to connect each modules of electronic control unit using secure plug wire, and run the edited PLC program to control the working frequency conversion to automatically adjust the water to the preset pressure, and monitor using the drawn configuration program so as to master the applications of frequency control technology in the constant pressure water supply system.
