Description: This equipment is flowing and continuous type drying equipment. The equipment is used for drying the slice, strip and granular materials with good ventilation. The machine is suitable for the materials which the water content rate is high and the high temperature is not allowed such as dewatering vegetable, herbal medicine of traditional Chinese and others. The machine has advantages that its drying speed is fast, the evaporation strength is hgih and the product quality is good. The dewatering filter cake state pasty material, after the particle making or ba making, can be dried as well. Principle: The materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the feeder. The mesh-belt usually uses 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is dragged and moved inside the dryer by a transmission device. The dryer is composed of several units. For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged by a special wet-emitting blower. The waste gas is controlled through an regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. This process will take away the moisture of material. The mesh-belt moves slowly. Running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after the drying will fall into the material collector continuously. The high and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand. The unit quantity can be selected according to the demand.
