2, Work Principle
The liquid or muddy materials travel through the surface of the roller heated by water steam or other heating media, thus form thin film which is dried when the roller turns a circle. During the course of turning a circle, the supporting heating press roller compacts the materials to enhance the drying effect. By using the scraper, the product is scraped down so that the surface of the roller shows up again and the raw materials can be in touch with the roller to form the thin film by drying repeatedly.
