II. Structure
The whole machine adopts the combined and removable assembly module in several parts: 1.The main body frame; 2.Conveying part; 3.Microwave generator parts; 4.Microwave heating cabinet parts; 5.Microwave preventing leakage parts; 6.Input/Output;7.Main controlling part.
1. The main body frame: includes the machine base, machine support, branch support, all the materials of this part is SUS304.
2. Conveying part: includes the motor, reducer, transducer, chain, gear, drive shaft, support roller and coveying belt. The transducer control the running of the motor, and the running speed is adjustable.
3. Microwave generator part: allocates 112 sets microwave generator device, each includes: magnetron, industrial microwave transformer, high voltage capacitor, high voltage silicon, colling fans, detecting circuit and microwave encourage maveguide.
4. Microwave heating cabinet part: it adopts SUS316 and includes 10 cabinet boxes , each box have a observing window for cleaning the inside space and watching the working states on time, and the boxes have cutoff the power and protecting fuction. On the top of the cabinet box, it is the removing hole.
5. Microwave electric box: it adopts SUS304, all the microwave electric components are set in this box.
6.Microwave preventing leakage part: Accord with the national standard GB10436—89 of China(<5 mW/CM2), and it is safe.

III. Features
1. This machine has beautiful surface, and the overall structure is smooth and beautiful and practical.
2. This machine adopts modular structure, first assembling and test after completion, then separate packaging for transportation. After it arrives at the customer’s factory, it can be assembled and debugged by the professional engineer.
IV. Control system
This machine has a alone control cabinet. It is convenient for controlling the working power, conveying speed and so on.
1. It uses the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, human-machine interface display. So it easy to adjust the microwave power, the conveying speed and the working groups of the Microwave devices.
2. It can display the working station of every magnetic controller. Even though one has some default, it doesn’t impact the others.
3. The last cabinet is assembled with America RAYTEK thermo detector to reflect the working temperature.
