Drum
1. Features and advantages:
High temperature resistance, oil proof, water proof, non-toxicity, be completely fused with asphalt by mechanical agitation, high bearing stress strength and so on.Light in weight, small size,the lowest cost.Convenient in use, transportation and storage. Contain Polyolefin which is a addition agent of building asphalt,modified asphalt and can improve impact resistance and toughness of asphalt.
2.Specification
25kg: A:Internal bag:800×500(±10mm) and external bag 750×490 (±10mm)
40kg: A:Internal bag:950×580(±10mm)and external bag 900×570(±10mm)
40kg: B:Internal bag:1050×525(±10mm) and external bag 1000×515(±10mm)
Packing bags could be processed according to thickness and standard dimensions of contract requirements.
QD-PLB-1 high temperature packing bag for asphalt must be used by being mated with external woven plastic bag. For details of external woven bag dimensions, please check appendix.

4.Application
Be applicable to pack high-temperature solid materials, liquid paraffin, modified asphalt
and constructure asphalt.
5.Use-method
At first, put an internal packing bag into an external woven bag and then put them into a working box. Second,make the bag mouth turn out of the work box and directly pour melted asphalt into the packing bag.Third, screw the internal packing bag and tighten it by plastic rope after exhaust more than 80% air.Finally, seal the external woven bag by Bag-sewing machine.
Please note that bale sewing threads and ropes of external woven bag cannot be put into melt tank when melte products in the process of working.Internal packing bags and external woven bags must be melted simultaneously.
6.Package
300 or 500 pieces per set, and also any quantity according to your requirement.
7.Storage and Transportation
Packing bags should be stored in dark, dry and shady storerooms, piled tidily, and far from heat source more than one meter.The storage time should be less than one year. To avoid machine collision and rain or sun, packing bags should be covered by linen in transportation. External packing should be in good order in carrying process, and prohibit rough handling.
8.Safety and Attentions
Before be piled and transferred,canned asphalt should be natural cooled for 24 hours in winter (atmospheric temperature ≤8),or 72 hours in summer (atmospheric temperature ≤35),and also could be cooled to solidification by water.In a word, different kinds of asphalt have different cooled time.
Packing bag cannot touch by hard things or sharp things in order to avoid breaking bags while load and unload.
To avoid breaking bags in the process of transportation, our packing bags are packed by high stress strength,ultraviolet resistance and anti-aging external woven bags.
9.Appendix
The External Woven Bag of QD-PLB-1
QD-PLB-1 high temperature packing bag for asphalt must be closely used by external woven plastic bag at the same time. Internal packing bag is used to bear temperature and external woven bags is used to load weight.
External woven bags have two kinds: fusibility and infusibility
Melted temperature of internal and external bags is 180190,agitating melted time is 20min.
The test of QD-PLB-1 external woven bag is done according to China National Standard GB/T8946-1988
