FSL500 Reverse Circulation Drilling rig is a new type with high working efficiency, environmental protection,multi-functional crawler mounted drilling rig.It adapts the latest advanced technology of air lift  Reverse Circulation.The drilling dust can be collected by dust collector efficiently so that avoiding the environmental pollution.It also can collect the slag by cyclone separator.In addition, the drilling rig is widely used in sampling and analytical job for geologic(al) prospecting.It is a prefered equipment for using like geological exploration, water well drilling, monitor well, air-conditioning hole of ground source heat pump and other longhole drilling projects.

Our FSL500 drilling rig can work under different working terrain with air lift reverse circulation drilling. The hoisting of drilling rig, mast offset, connecting & discharging of drilling rod, rotation and feeding, ground jack,winching, walking are all finished by its hydraulic system.That make the working loading lower and improves the working efficiency & project quality.

Structural Features:

1. The power system is drove by Diesel engine& Hydraulic system.

2. The walking method is crawler type, move conveniently.

3. The drilling rotation adapt the American brand motor,small type & big torque.

   The rotary speed can be adjustable according to client's need. So that improving the 

   footage efficiently .

4. The drilling method is reverse circulation with impactor.

   The air compressor provide the air to drive & slagging.Using double casing rod, 

   Air inflow from the interlayer, Slagging from the inner pipe.

5. The shaft pressure, feeding speed and rotary speed is adjustable. 

6. The vice-winch can lift like drilling items.

7. The rig is configured with gradienter, angle board and professional  

  centralizer for guaranteing the accuraty of open hole.

8.  The professional oil mist machine lubricate the impactor so that improving 

   the shelf life of the impactor.

9. The mast can work at the angle 45°to 90°vertically. Offset system can 

   make the mast move on the working face so that stabilizing the mast and 

   improving working accuracy.
