1. The machine is composed of the following parts: 1.movable working table 2. fixing gantry 3. vertical boring and milling unit 4. automatic chip conveyor 5. circular coolant system 6. automatic lubrication system 7. hydraulic unit 8. electrical system

3. the main spindle can realize drilling ,milling and boring functions driven by servo motor through gear reducer, and can realize 5-plain working
4. the movable working table ,fixing gantry are casting machinery with stress relief by artificial aging and secondary stress relief after semi-finishing, with stable processing accuracy. There is T type groove on it, which is suitable for workpiece positioning and clamping.
5. The electirical cabinet and external control panel are fully closed with air-conditioner.
6. This machine has BIJUR auto lubrication system,which can lubricate all the wearing parts.
7. This machine is reliable and safe for the operator ,it has anti-dust covers on all the linear guides and ball screws , and surround the machine there are also chip-proof covers to prevent the running chips hurting the operator.
