This dredger is manufactured according to the Malaysia geographical condition in order to satisfy mining working requirements in camouflage water area(inland river and small wave water body) and its below in Malaysia. It is a removal dredger made up of whole steel.
The Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, the non-self-propelled, dismountable type, is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers.
It's hull consists of a main pontoon and two side pontoons. It is to be easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site.
The dredger is working by the main diesel engine(Cummins KTA38) to drive the sand pump, the auxiliary diesel engine to drive the division gear box and two double vane pumps, one set of 100kw generator, double vane pumps to supply hydraulic oil pressure for the cutter, two swing winches, one ladder winch, and ladders. All the diesel engines have related instruments and meters, auto-protecting equipments and alarm device. There are related operation controls according to the requirements in the operation cabin.
