This automatic blow molding machine specially designed for high speed demand,the max output is 24000BPH,especially for large producing line. This fast series are consist of 3 items:

XLB-08CF,XLB-12CF,XLB-16CF whose through output are 9600-12000BPH,14400-18000BPH and 19200-24000BPH espectively.This series of machine are fully automatic stretch blowing machines with the advantages of Saving time and energy,Operating and Changing shape conviniently and Maintaining easily etc.

1.Working exactly,steadily,smoothly and fafely.

We use servo system of Mitsubishi to locate in high speed,finding the position of chain by fiber and photoelectric switch,then signal the PLCof Mitsubishi in high speed,the dictate locate mode 10PG will signal the servo magnifier,pass through the high exactitude rolling coder inside the servo motor to inspect the position of chain,feed back to the control system,so that the dictate locate mode 10PG of PLC of Mitsubishi begin locating.So once the machine is turned on,the heating head and the seal face of pleasure cylinder will locate fleetly,exactly and steadily,this increase the working efficiency.The structure of Xili blow molding machine is full-closed,and the machine equiped the exit system and muti-point detection technique which ensure the safety of the operator.

2.Effective-Large Capacity

We designed XLB-12 series blow molding  machine in 2008,which is the biggest linear blow molding machine in China ,and the capacity is 12,000BPH(for 500ml).Xili is developing the high speed blow molding machine with 16 cavities,and the capacity of each cavity is 1200-1500BPH.

3.Saving energy and  Various Volume & Shape Bottle, and change shape easily

We uare doing our best efforts to improve the  technology and structure of our machine to achevie energy saving.Xlb series blow molding machine produced not only the usual bottles,but also the unusual bottles,such as jar,flat bottle,bottle with the handle and other unusual bottles.The normal mould cavity produced bottles from 0.05L to 1.5L,and can enlarge to 5L.It's easy for Xili blow molding machine to change the shape of bottles,which can be done within one hour by changing the mould.
