XLB Series blow molding machine is consist of seven parts such as propulsion system, blow molding mechanism, loading preform mechanism, unloading bottle mechanism, heating system, setting preform machine and human-computer interface.

 

a. Propulsion system preform high-speed positioning operation used servo electromotor to drive chain wheel which drive preform.  

b. After propulsion system finished positioning operation, blow molding mechanism stretch preform which had

been heated with high temperature, and huff it to become its shape.

c. After preforms had been settled as quaternion by settling preform machine, then loading preform mechanism insert preforms into heating head.

d. Unloading Bottle mechanism takes the finished bottle out from heating head.

e. Settling preform mechanism settles unorderly preforms as quaternion and arranges them regular, then transmits them to loading preform mechanism waiting for loading.

f. Human-computer interface, i.e. touching screen is an operating platform for operator to operate machine. It is classified into four sorts such as operation interfaces, monitoring interfaces, parameters inputting interfaces and alarm interfaces and which includes eleven pictures totally.

g. Except four sealing cylinder lower positions and stretching cylinder power positions have one magnistor, every other cylinder has two position magnistors.The position of every magnistor is related with the adjusting of mechanical position, if it is necessary to adjust, it should be done by professor.

h. There is one travel switch after unloading bottle mechanism which will give an alarm and make machine to scram if a bottle is left out by unloading bottle mechanism.

i. Before preform tubes come into blow molding mechanism, there are four photoelectricity switches for detecting whether there is preform tube to determine the action of blow molding mechanism.

j. The preform pathway of settling preform has one detecting photoelectricity switch which controls the action of loading preform electromotor and disparting preform cylinder.

k. Heating preform is preformed by heating tube of five sets and eight layers,regulating preforms temperature can be achieved through adjusting eight voltage regulating meters on electric cabinet.
