This machine line series are mainly used to produce three-layer (two-layer) laminated agriculture and multipurpose film and industrial syntactic package.

     The machine line is mainly composed of three (two)extruder; three-layer (two-layer)compound die head; air ring cooling system; internal bubble high-pressure air blasting system; traction system; winding system and temperature and power system.

     The decelerator of the main motor is for the extruder special decelerator, which is high-efficient, large torque and low noise. There are two categories for users to choose: one is decelerator with circle arc tooth, and the other is decelerator with hard tooth surface gear by 20CrMoTi cementite.

     The main motor adopts new-style and high-efficient screw. The plasticization and mixing refining is good and the extruding is smooth and high-efficient. There are three mixing refining forms, such as new style mixing refining under low pressure, high-efficient separation and wave-like, which can be chosen according to process raw materials and technical operation habit.

     The machine cylinder is designed with force transmission structure and assembled with high power transmission bushing.

     It is driven by direct or frequency convention,  and is high-efficient, consumption and convenient.

     The main motor can be moved entirely and the centre height of which can be adjusted. It is very convenient to connect and unload.

     It adopts drum-like long-efficient screen change device and the screen change interval can be prolonged by 6-10 times.

     The die head adopts integral structure, layer centre feeding and three layers (two-layers) spiral channels.

     It is adopts internal-assistant heating technology.

     The up and bottom traction are all assembled with air-power gripping device.

     It is assembled with twin-station pneumatic centre coiling system .

     It is equipped with dissection device, and can select middle cutting device.

     Internal bubble air cooling system can be chosen to meet consumers' requirements.

     Dual lip negative pressure air ring can be chosen according to the consumers'

requirements.

     Middle cutting spreading system, surface friction and centre assistant coiling system can be assembled to produce film that is less 2millimeters according to the consumers'

requirements.

    Low resistant herringbone board reeling film molding system of this company's patent technology can be chosen to produce products of high friction coefficient according to the consumers' requirements.
