Our products are HDF veneered door skin, Melamine door skin, veneered MDF, HDF plate, moulded panel doors and so on , The main products are HDF veneered door skin and Melamine, which are made of MDF and veneers/melamine paper by two times hot pressure molding, and the finished density exceeds 900kgs/cbm, almost equal to HDF. Re the colors, we have natural and technical sapele, ash, red walnut, black walnut, white oak, red oak, teak, cherry and so on .The daily output is about 2,000 pieces. Besides, we can also produce according to your requirements.
Also, we make panel doors(skin doors) of competitive price and high quality. For the filling material, it can be honeycomb paper, MDF, hollow MDF, Particle board, or fir wood strip. For door frame material, we usually use MDF or LVL. We offer only door leaf or complete set: door leaf with frame and panit(no hardware). The paint FOR veneer door usually is two-layer primer and two-layer finish paint.
