Welding Technology: our lofting master draw the same picture as the design in 1:1 proportion with the product. Painting technology: gloss of the painting divided into: light, matte, semi-matte, light divided into: touches, semiflat, dead luster. The brighter the paintings are, the more ageing-resistant they are. The drying functions are divided into surface drying and hard drying with suitable moisture of 65 percent. Each kind of painting makes different drying time, to ensure the strength of adhesive force and to make it look the same as new, we control the drying time of following:

Nitryl lacquer basic painting surface drying time is 0.2 hour, hard dry time is 1 hour

Bi-component epoxy primer painting surface drying time is 0.5 hour, hard dry time is 24 hours

Bi-component epoxy zinc rich primer painting surface drying time is 0.5 hour, hard dry time is 8 to 10 hours

Acrylic dilute acid air dry painting surface drying time is 0.5 hour, hard dry time is 4 hours

Bi-component acrylic finish coat surface drying time is 0.5 hour, hard dry time is 8hours

Alcohol acid gulf red finish coat surface drying time is 2 hour, hard dry time is 24 hours

Red lead gulf red finish coat surface drying time is 4 hour, hard dry time is 24 hours
