1). Pre-payment system is realized by the advanced technique of hardware-based cryptographic system and the Golden IC card of international standard, power supply ministries sell IC cards as the vehicle of selling energies and get pre-payment from users for supplying power.
2). Its highly reliable as an integration of entire digital measurement, energy display, pre-payment system management, card reading, intelligent anti-tampering function.
3) Overload protection: Maximum load is settable, when load exceeds the maximum current by 20-30% for 10-15 seconds continuously, power supply loop cuts down automatically.
4). The IC card has hardware & software-based cryptographic system, which ensures the safety, preciseness, reliability of the data. Furthermore, with special design, IC card records all information on balance energies and tampering behaviours when the user inserts the card.
5). Perfect protection on inserting side of the IC card is able to withstand all offensive attacks.
6). Displays balance energy, accumulated energy by turns. The display has 5 digits (4 integers, 1 decimal)
7). Power supply cuts down and the meter gives an alarm when energy is used up, overdraft is available for the users by using their IC cards, indicating light displays the balance energy for reminding the users to pay for more energies.
8). Power supply is stopped when the energy that the users owe reach a fixed value (set before meters leaving factory, normally -10kWh), and goes on by inputting more energies (after the system stops out users overdrawn energies).
9) Maximum alraming/overdrawn energy value is settable.
10) Magent sustains the application of relays, which not only raises the reliability of power cutting and reduce the attendant power consumptiong, but also overcomes the problem of conglutination of the points caused by the relays being used for a long time with high current.
11) Data is automatically stored through a power failure, and automatically recovered when power goes on.
12) The management system consists of general-microcomputer, special IC card reader, charging & billing software.
13) Comparatively analyse recorded information, the management system is able to list all suspicious users who have tampering acts, so as to reduce the workload of examining and preventing acts of tampering.
