STANDARD PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONWELSON S-Bac is an excellent liquid quaternary ammonium sanitizer. It has a broad spectrum of bacterial efficacy. It may be utilized for effective deodorizing and disinfecting in many food operations and does not leave unpleasant chlorine odor like bleach sanitizers.

USAGEDEODORIZINGAfter cleaning, deodorize inaccessable areas in food processing plants with 8 gm of Welson S-Bac to 1 litre of water providing 800 ppm activity quaternary. Flush surfaces thoroughly or apply by mopping or sponging onto the surface.
DISINFECTING
Disinfect previously cleaned hard surfaces such as walls, floors, woodwork, sinks and bathroom fixtures with 4 gm of Welson S-Bac to 1 litre of water – providing 400 ppm active quaternary. For disinfecting previously cleaned porous surfaces in food preparation and handling areas, use 8 gm of Welson S-Bac to 1 litre of water – providing 800 ppm active quaternary. Apply disinfectant by mopping, sponging, or spraying on surface.
Food contact surfaces that are disinfected must be thoroughly rinsed with a sanitizing solution of Welson S-Bac.
SANITIZING
For sanitizing of equipment in food processing plants, clean and rinse equipment thoroughly. Then rinse equipment with sanitizing solution of 2 gm of S-Bac to 1 litre of water providing 200 ppm active quaternary. Allow equipment to air dry.
S-Bac is safe for use on all metals, including aluminum, silver, zinc and pewter.
