Technical explanation
Tank body material: completely made of SUS304-2B stainless steel, interior bladder is 3mm and the external shell is 2mm.
Tank body form: vertical cylinder, taper top with taper of 15°, inclined bottom with taper of 5 °. A base is set at the bottom.
Heat preservation material: polyurethane foaming heat preservation with thickness of 100 mm for heat preservation of top, bottom and the whole tank body.
Tank body size: depending on volume, 1/3 jacket layer at the lower part.

o One side manhole at the tank bottom
o One safe ventilation cover at the top with a water pipe for connecting with water disc
o One double-T type CIP spray head at the top
o One thermometer with temperature display range of 0°C-100°C
o One aseptic sampling valve
