First , custom cap must be chosen the fabric and composition, if the cap to be made is coloured cap, first the fabric need to be dyed colour first, sometimes it need to have the garment washed also. Secondly, cut the fabric into panels according to your cap shape (for example, 6-panel cap, 5-panel European Cap); Third, make the design and logo on the cap, you can print and embroidered it on the different location of the cap; Fourth, sew all panels together, add an cap visor, choose a closure(Velcro, buckle), a cap in full shape is done; At last have the cap iron in a good shape to have a good looking.
