Detailed Product Description

Complete yogurt & milk production line composes of designmanufactureinstallationdebugging for all kinds of dairy products, such as pure milk, flavored milk, sour milk, yogurt, milk drinking and ice cream, butter etc, others like the juice and all kinds of drinking such as soy milk and tea drinking, energy drinking etc.

The whole milk line includes the following units:

1.Milk reception or powder & water mixing unit.

This part to prepare and storage the raw material, the raw material can be fresh milk, if the fresh milk is urgent or only of small quantity, the producer can use powder milk as replacement.

2.Mixing and sugar melting unit.

This part should have mixing machine to melt the sugar and of course should have heat system to supply hot water, and before flow to the next step there should be a cooler to cool the syrup. Then the milk will go to mixing tank (blending tank) for further mixing prepared for pasteurization.

3.Pasteurizer and homogenizer.

This part processes the product by killing the bacteria to reach a required shelf life.

The homogenizer is used to make the products more homogeneous which can help to improve the quality of products and prolong the shelf life of products, also the degasser is also used to remove the air that is mixed in the product. According to different products types and filling types, the pasteurizer is strictly chosen to suit the plant.

4.storage or yogurt producing unit.

5.Filling or packing unit.

The filling types are up to the customers requirements; like the plastic bag, PET bottle, HDPE bottle, glass bottle, gable pack, and plastic cups etc.

6.CIP cleaning system.

7.after treatment equipments: like the conveyer, package or pallet etc.

8.and other assistant equipments like steam boiler design and air compressor and cold water unit etc.

9.installation materials for the product pipes and power pipes and also electrical installation.
