LWL Series Horizontal Screen-bowl Scrolling Centrifuge
Structures and Principles
A motor drives the Screen-bowl without holes and the feeding scroll assembled concentric to rotate together to a higher speed at a certain differential speed. Material is fed through a feed pipe, distributed evenly on the filter screen wall of the screen-bowl bottom. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out of the screen-bowl through filter screen and the holes of the screen-bowl wall, then out of the machine through the drainage. The solid is intercepted in the screen-bowl as cake. Acted by taper-face component of centrifugal force together with scroll conveyor, the cake moves interruptedly toward the big end of the screen-bowl and is discharged out of the screen-bowl, and then out of the machine through a discharging tank.

LWL Series are a kind of horizontal screen-bowl scroll discharge centrifuge that can be continuously operated. They can perform feeding, separating washing and discharging in sequence at their full-speed running. They have the advantages of compact structure, small size, continuous operation, stable performance, fine adaptability, large capacity and low moisture content. This Series are suitable for separating the suspension with solid phase particle size of more than 0.1mm and with the concentration of 10-75% and suitable for chemical industry, salt and alkali manufacturing and environment protection.
