Principle of Ice Cream Expanded Technology
Ice cream expanded rate is the base of ice cream. The larger for ice cream expanded rate,
the better of ice cream taste. In Maikeku Food Processing factory, we use Ice Cream
Expanded Machine to produce the best ice cream.
When expanded ice cream powder and water are being mixed in the expanded machine,
many bubbles come out meanwhile volume of ice cream paste is obviously enlarged.
We call the process Air Interposition.
The process of Air Interposition is essential for the taste , and also for averting ice cream
from being over-freezed or over-hard. It can also disffuses different particles of the powder in the bubbles or among
different scales of the paste. Therefore, Maikeku ice cream expanded technology
has much larger expanded rate than the common ice cream making process.
