Description:
The machine is a domestic new generation and fully automatical production line, researched and developed with Japanese top notch technology to produce hollow-core stick.
The line is made up of:
1. A beating machine for raw and semifinished materials,
2. A curing main machine,
3. Two conveyors,
4. Two slurry-poured machines
5. And a conveyed belt.
Working principle:
1. According to the prescription, raw materials are Placed into the beating machine to be srirred into even powered slurry, then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the curing machine.
2. After cured, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and put in a reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape. And cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt through grooved rails.
Description of parts:
1. The curing machine: Is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm, cut-off gas generator and temperature control devices.
2. The speed of the wheel hub and the powder slurry thickness can be regulated
3. The diameter of wafer bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphagm aperture which controls a shear.
4. The cream and other infillings can be completely or partly poured into hollow core wafer bar.
