Starch hydrocyclone is specially for concentrating, recalling, washing starch slurry to the targetted thickness in one system. We want to get both pure starch, and targetted thickness or as much as thicker starch slurry as much as possible. It is a dilema which seems that we have to make a choice from them. but actually we shall make this system to be balanced result in the name of both save washing water and power.
Capacity: 40-60cbm/h on input capacity basis.
