LG-3A Ice cream filling machine is specially designed for filling ice creams like cones and cups, single colored, dual colored and fancy novelties ice creams such as topped novelties and spiral novelties. And its multifunctions includes:

The applicable containers for the machine are as round cups, square cups and egg-roll cones. Fancy novelties of ice creams may be achieved by changing both different feeding spouts and the cup support. A 3-array crawler acts as the cup support, and driven by a high precision cam dividing head, the cup crawler may make a progressive motion intermittently, by which the machine may achieve smooth operation and accurate position. Both the speeds of the cup support operation and the spiral filling are adjusted variably with a converter.
The machine uses th imported PLC for the control system, ensuring its stable and reliable performance, while it uses the imported man-machine interface touch screen for operation, by which the indication for the automatic fail-check is easy and visual.
