Hydraulic single knife rubber cutter is consists of cutting knife, frame,
cylinder, base, hydraulic system, electric system and motor. We set lead under the cutting knife to protect the edge

Usage Direction:
• put out rubber material from bags: common rubber material includes natural rubber, SBR rubber and BR(butadiene rubber).
• put the raw rubber under the cutting knife, and compute the weight you want to cut.
• press start button, the rubber will be cut within 10-15 seconds. then weigh the smaller rubber whether it meet your damand, if not, do some adjustment.
• this vertical type rubber bale cutter can cut any type of rubber material quickly so as to save labour force in cutting it with normal knife.
• watch out when the cutting rubber machine is working. Keep hands off the knife when cutting.
• the hydraulic oil should be kept clean and no sundries in oil tank or it will break the oil pump and the electromagnetic valve so as to affect its durance. Hydraulic oil should be
renewed on time(normally once ayear) .
• Do not arbitrarily adjust the pressure of the pump, the normal quantity is 60kg.
