Feature:
The machine is exclusively used for different specifications of the all-steel and partial steel radial tires. It is the automated production line used to carry out diagonal adhesive application and rub prevention. It is operated by a single person with high automation degree.All the specifications of triangle rubber is extruded from 75 cold feed extruder and shaped, stored and cooled. According to the technological requirements, the cooled triangle rubber is automatically attached to wire loop and cutted by a fixed length, or it can be wrapped with cloth and cutted manually.The machine has reasonable design, easy operation and high production efficiency.
