I. Structure and working principle of the GJP series impact hammer crusher  

1). StructureComposed with rotor,bases and sieve. Hammer head is fixed on hammer frame drum’s arm with bolt and screws, hammer frame drum is on the principal axis.  principal axis is fixed on the engine base by two kinds of self-aligning bearing, the upper engine base composed by circle scale board , circle cover plate, feed charge door  scaleboard , feed charge door cover plate, lower engine base set two sieves, sieves composed by sieve frame and sieve plate of cast steel

2). Working principleelectric motor will work under the circle by belt pulley, triangle belt to drive main axis wheel drum’s hammer head to do circular motion, when the materials enter into the crushing cavity

, the high speed of hammerhead will use the hudge press to break off the materials, then the crushed materials pound resistance attack board with a tangent direction, to reach twice stave function. After twice crush, materials will rebound into hammerhead to be break up till to qualified materials, it will be discharged from sieve area. Un-qualified materials will be crush again until meeting the standards.

II. Installing demand of the GJP series of impact hammer crusher

1)       Cast the base for the crusher and motor strictly according to basic picture’s size, please leave 600mm overhaul space at the front of overhaul door. Also at back side.  

2)      We should pay attention to the principle axis level of series while installing. The level of tolerance with the rotor belt pulley should not more than 0.5mm.

3)       it is better to install an vibration feeding mill at the upper of input mouth to insure evenly feeding, to avoid large quantity to cause block.

III., Testing, operation and maintenance of the GJP series of impact hammer crusher

1) Testingafter checking out all the party is qualified, then running.

A, checking the fixed party is tight or not,. Moving belt pulley of principle axis with 2-3 round by hand. Make sure there is no materials in the stave cavit, then go on.

B, No-load running  start up the electromotor running 2-4hours without materials. Stop the machine and check the bearing temperature, less than 70 degree is reasonable , checking the temperature of deduster dustproof ring   base, it will be normal if the temperature is under 60degrees.checking the fixed party, make sure it will not move. make sure no problems before running with materials.

C, running with materials: startup the discharging transportation machine, then startup crusher to run 1mins without materials, then startup the vibration feeding machine, then start the deeding transportation machine, then check the working voice is normal or not, check the electricity is full load or not, generally is 80% of the full load.

2)  Operation process: startup the discharging transportation machine, then startup crusher to run 1 or 2 mins without materials, then startup the vibration feeding machine, then start the deeding transportation machine

 3),  After working for one or two days, checking the hammer head’s abrasion, calculate its regular pattern, turn around the head or change the head in time.

4)  Maintenance

A, Strictly forbidden iron pieces enter into the crushing cavity. In front of the feeding mouth, it is better to install a machine which can avoid iron to enter the crushing cavity. When the machine is working, if hear any voice like metal impact. Please stop the machine and pick out the metal then running again.

B, checking the temperature of bearing in regular time, adding butter in time, at the beginning, one time one day, after 3 days, one time per  3 days. It is better to change and clear the butter every half year.

C, checking the triangle belt’s tension in time, at the beginning, adjusts one time per each day, after three days, checking and adjusts per each 15days.

4)      stop procescut off feeding transportation machine,then cut off vibration feeding machine, after stopping feeding materials for  2-3mins, and all the materials discharge from stave cavity. Stop the crusher, cutting off discharge transportation machine
