Double teeth roll crusher has two teeth, teeth surface is devided into big(small) wolf teeth, coke teeth, ring teeth, straight strip teeth, big board teeth and others. range of discharge 10-200mm. operations in the intermediate and coarse crushing which has few powder and lots of grains.      Such as for thermal power plants,coking plant crushing coal; breakingraw coal of coal mine; steel industry breakingcoke; petroleum coke breaking in coal chemical industryelectronics industry breaking silica;  carbon industry crushing carbon block solar industry breaking waste glass; Concrete industry crushing lime and asphalt; or in the similar occasions.

According to customer requirement,the driving mode is divided into triangular belt and shaft coupling, the driving power can be electric motor or diesel engine.

Double-teeth roll crusher is fixed with two wear-resistant alloy rolls. Their relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure which crushes the material. The material enters into the space between the two rolls, suffered both extrusion and shear force.In the crowd rolling, cutting and grinding, it is crushed into the required size and then sent by the transport equipment.
