QY25A Truck Crane
QY25A is a truck crane with hydraulic drive, full swing and telescopic boom.
The lifting operation part is mounted on self-made QY25 special chassis, equipped with Eurocompliant D6114ZLQ5B/WD615.64 engine.
Telescopic boom is all-round hexagonal boom profile, made of high tensile steel, high strength and heavy load lifting capacity, the maximum load moment is 932 kN.m.
Main and auxiliary winches are independent, use drum built-in planetary gear reducer, supply oil by single pump or double pumps in order to get low speed with heavy load or high speed with light load, with step or step-less speed variation, so it has high working efficiency.
Independent damping valve fitted in swing system to decrease impact to boom, turntable and frame and avoid damage to boom by side loading.
Fitted with side-mounted (belly-mounted) jib and single top (boom tip sheave) to increase lifting height and enlarge operating reach.
Well-equipped safety devices such as hoist limit switch, outrigger locking device and level meter, as well as illuminators for night operation.
QY25A plateau type, available for option of customers in highland area, is suitable for operation in special working environment of heavy wind and sand, lower temperature, rare air, and etc.
