B-318 should be grinded with another 0.3% bluish green pigment.
2,Specification:
These products are used as one-coat enamel on surface of cast iron wares, cooker and stoves. B-317 and 318 are matt black glaze; B-319 is forged black glaze which could form delicate coating. In order to achieve proper gloss, firing temperature and time should be controlled very well in firing.

4,Usage:
Mill the pre-grinding powder and water to 1-1.5g/100ml 150 mesh.; Push them through a 80-mesh sieve and keep the consistency at 165~170g/100ml, (1.65~1.70g/cm3); Cover 120-160 micron such product on the thick cast iron at 750-760°C. Firing temperature and time should be controlled very well to obtain a proper gloss.
