CFL Automatic Assembly Line :
Model: TMZD-I, is our new design and high technology CFL machine. It designed based on old model manual assembly line, revised some disadvantage parts, innovate some good design idea. The line used PLC, terminal programme control, machine hand, ect. Automatic technology.
The line structure made of aluminum material shelf, power mainly based on compact air, using automatic control, touch screen to adjust parameter. The line with two similar sides, workers operate the same process at each side. The process is automatic recycle, control product rhythm . But the rhythm is adjustable, the rhythm time : 7.2 --- 16 seconds.
There will be total about 14pcs workers to operate the whole line. The line with two sides operating. Each side with 7pcs workers: 4pcs workers wire wrapping, 2pcs workers fix plastic part, 1pcs worker fix cap. Except these process, other process all finished by equipment or machine hand.
The line is on line OK instrument inspect, automaticlly keeps records. It can select each lamp according to relative parameter, deciding which lamp is good quality. If the lamp is in good quality, it will automaticlly punch the cap and conveyor to Aging Line.
The automatic assembly line professional at assemble U type lamps, changing different work base can make different type U lamp.
