Introduction:
1. LS series flexible spiral screw conveyor is an new transportation equipment with power device,gear box,coupling,screw axis and hanging bearing.the screw axis is made of several sections which connected with spline.so the conveyor hold large load capacity and convenient to dismounting.
2. It will use revolving the screw the material which will transport along the fixed cabinet to pass carries on the transportation work.
3. Stepless speed motor for incoming/outgoing conveyor to control the speed of material,up to demand of process production.
4. Closed construction to improve working condition greatly and reduce labor intensity.
5. They can be outfitted with multiple discharge points offering greater system design flexibility.
6. A prefectly smooth surface due to which material residue is reduced to the minimum.
7. LS Screw Conveyor either can be square inlet or round inlet .
Applicable:
1. Loose materials such as powder, granular, which includes: pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, etc.
