Application:
pulley lagging is a high-tech product which increases driving friction of belt conveyor pulley and protects the rubber using. Engineered sections are made for specific pulleys and effectively cover the pulley face in a protective shell of rubber and steel and are an ideal way to save money and time. It can be installed on new pulleys in our plant or on the pulley in the field.
Bolt-on type pulley lagging links with pulley by bolts, and Factory hot-vulcanization under pressure assures the best possible bond of rubber to backing plate. The thickness of rubber is 15mm or18mm.
