Our cooling belt widly use on plastic product line , and also medicine product manufactory line ,food product manufactory line.
Its modeling design and easily adjustable flexible for you to fit on your product line . Our conveying belt is different from normal water cooling line or air cooling line . Can be customed design and manufactured for different customer requirements and using environments.
1. The speed of the belt is adjustable to fit the speed of the pelletizer and the output. It can realize 6 M/min ~ 60 M/min between stepless speed regulation .We will display the speed, in m/min.
2. The height of the belt is easy adjustable.
3.At the end of the belt, close to the pelletizer it is possible to fix the belt at a certain position by putting a pin in the floor.
4.We use the fan nozzle for this belt . We use the constant pressure control. Each row of spray system can be opened separately.
5. The good will be water cooled or air cooled during the transmission processes.We have 5 row blower for drying , able to move on the row .
6.The parts which come into contact with the material or with the water are all food level stainless steel.
7. For the water tank , we would like to offer you one cooling pipe inlet cooling water but not mix with the clean water on the water tank .
8. The pump for the water recycling is available for water go up to nozzle and add water refill . Also , we have ball float valve to inspect the water's height ,make sure the water will not overflow . there are filters add on each component go to anothor component , assure the water cleaning.
9. High quality frequency convertor both for belt speed adjustment and water pump.
