Unloading conveyor system (Model No.:PR-600 & PD-600) is composed of one climbing belt conveyor and one flexible EXTENDABLE conveyor as a "tongue".

PART 01: MAIN BODY OF CLIMBING BELT CONVEYOR:

PART 02: "TONGUE" INTO TRUCKS/CONTAINERS (two types are available):

1. flexible "tongue" of extendable gravity skate-wheel conveyor; (Model No: PR-600), 2200-6900mm extendable

2. flexible "tongue" of extendable motorized rollers conveyor (Model NO: PD-600), 1700-4200mm extendable

FUNCTION

Widely used to automatically load or unload goods in or out of tailers/vans/trucks/ containers in warehouse, harbor, dock, etc. It aims to increase work efficiency, decrease labor intensity, and cut down cost as well in a wide range of applications.FOR INSTANCE: Get it done to fill up a 40-foot container in only one hour with three employees.
