1. Stream of people
1-1. Staff cleansing:
1-2. An air-shower room should be set at the entrance of a clean room. If there is no air-shower room, an air lock chamber should be equipped.
1-3. A one-person air-shower room should be provided for 30 staff at most. If there are more than 5 staffs in a clean room, a one-way side door should be arranged in one side of the air-shower room;
1-4. The entrance and exit should not be opened at the same time and coordinated control measures should be taken;
1-5. An air lock room should be installed for a vertical unidirectional air-flow clean room with the air clean class of 5 or higher.
2. Logistics
2-1. Separated entrances for equipment and materials should be installed in a clean room, and cleaning room and relevant equipment should be arranged in accordance with the characteristics, properties, and appearances of equipment and materials.
2-2. An air lock chamber and pass box should be placed between a material cleaning room and a clean room.
3. Static Pressure Difference
3-1. Static pressure difference between different grades of clean rooms should be equal or greater than 5Pa;
3-2. Static pressure difference between clean rooms and non-clean rooms should be greater than 5Pa;
3-3. Static pressure difference between clean rooms and outside places should be greater than 10Pa.
