HBJ80-22 boom pump is a new special equipment developed by our company according to the need for railway and bridge and precast beams factory construction,integrating functions of self-driving,pumping and distributing,with the characteristics of simple and occasions of concrete pumping and pouring constructions,such as precast beams,tunnel,bridge piers,wayside facilities so forth.
Main features of HBJ80-22 boom pump :
1,Chassis adopts mature drive axle of wheel excavations,which adopting rigid connection,hydraulic motor drive,four-wheel drive,two-wheel steering,equipped with cab.
2,Pumping mechanism adopts brand new electro-hydraulic combined control,solving the problem of that the S pipe cannot swing to the designated location for high viscosity concrete.
3,The 22 meters boom first time adopts four arms Z-type folding demostically,designed 5.5 meters as the minimum unfolding height,can easily open in the factories and tunnels.
4,With complete functions,it is equipped with high pressure gun to wash the vehicle body at any time,ensuring the clean of the vehicle body.
5,The hydraulic system adopts all electronic control reversing,possessing characteristic of small reversing implusion,high reliability and long service life.
6,Auxiliary oil system uses multi-way valve control,simple and reliable. And the hydraulic oil leg cylinder is equipped with bi-directional hydraulic lock to prevent leakage of oil cylinder.
