D:Structure
1) aggregate dosing machine
Each station has a aggregate dosing machine which including loading hopper,sand weigh-batching hopper, arc-door feeder and sensor suspension device.
2) aggregate layer
Aggregate layer is composed of a cement scale, a coal ash scale, a water scale and 2 additive scales (liquid).
3) mixing layer
It has a 2000L forced mixer. There is a discharge mechanism above the forced mixer. After all the materials are measured, they can get into mixer through the discharge mechanism for mixing.
4)discharging layer
There is a discharge hopper with a vibrating motor on the bottom of the platform.
5) airline controlled system
Air compressed system is the very important part of the air and electricity control system which is composed of air compressor, air reservoir, pneumatic components and air pipeline ect.
6)water and additive batching system
Water batching system including centrifugal pump, check valve, water pipe, water reservoir, aggregate valve, water weigh-batching hopper and discharge valve ect.
7) control room
Power distribution cabinet ,central control platform and control system are controled by computer
